Application Requirements

ⅠAdmission requirements

1. Applicants must have a clear leaning purpose and persistent leaning will for Japanese learning.
2. 1 year course (April to March of next year): Must have a level equivalent to the JLPT N3 level. *Having learned Japanese over 300 hours.

1 year and 3 months courses (January to March of the third year): Must have a level equivalent to the JLPT N3 level. *Having learned Japanese over 300 hours.

1 year and 6 months courses (October to March of the third year): Must have a level equivalent to the JLPT N4 level. *Having learned Japanese for over 250 hours.

1 year and 9 months courses (July to March of the third year): Muhave a level equivalent to the JLPT N4 level. *Having learned Japanese for over 200 hours.

2 years course (April to March of the third year): Must have a level equivalent to the JLPT N5 level. *Having learned Japanese for over 150 hours.

3. Students applying for registration must be able to voluntarily abide by Japanese laws, social customs and habits, and obey the regulations and management of OSAKA INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE INSTITUTE.
4. Age requirements of Applicants
Applicants with the highest degree of applicant is a senior high school graduate.: under 24 years old Applicants with the highest degree of applicants is a graduate of a college or university-level professional school : under 26 years old.
Applicants with the highest degree are 4 years undergraduates with the highest degree under 29 years old
5. Applicants must have sufficient financial ability to study in Japan.
6. Applicants must pass the Japanese proficiency test held by our school.
7. Applicants must pass the interview held by our school.
8. Applicants must pass the information review after they pass the interview.
It is difficult for students who have not had more than 12 years’ education to enter universities in Japan, and they cannot obtain employment qualification in Japan without 15 years’ education.

ⅡAdmission procedures

Ⅲ Time limit for application materials to be mailed to school

Students applying for admission in January: August 20th of the previous year.
Students applying for admission in April: November 20th of the previous year.
Students applying for admission in July: February 20th of that year.
Students applying for admission in October: May 20th of that year.

Ⅳ Date of “Certificate of Residence Qualification” promulgated by the Immigration Administration of the Ministry of Justice of Japan.

Applicants for admission in January: Announcement at the end of November of the previous year.
Applicants for admission in April: Announcement at the end of February of that year.
Applicants for admission in July: Announcement at the end of May of that year.
Applicants for admission in October: Announcement at the end of August of that year.

Ⅴ Application materials

3. Original and photocopy of the applicant’s final Diploma If an applicant obtains a bachelor’s degree, he or she shall provide a degree certificate.
4. Qualification Certificate (Grade Certificate) or Japanese Learning Certificate of the Applicant’s JLPT test The number of hours already learned and the expected total number of hours of study up to the date of issuance of the certificate must be indicated in the certificate of Japanese leaning.
5. Photos of Applicant’s Personal Documents (4×3 cm) Photographed within 3 months of the date of submission of the applicants materials.

*Depending on individual circumstances, other relevant materials may be required.

Material for Payments of Overseas Study Financial Supporter

1. Letter of Financial Support

4. Original Certificate of Balance of Deposits in the Financial Supporter’s own Bank Account More than 3,000,000yen and color copies of the bank passbook.

*In case of financial supporter lives in Japan, also need document certifying of payment.

≪Matters needing attention in submitting materials≫

1. The Applicant should use black pen and write in his/her mother language. (or typing.)
2. All the age sections that need to be filled in can only be filled in at the time of filling out the application form. The telephone number should be specified as the national, municipal and district office number.
3. The applicant’s home address must be in accordance with the contents of other certificates.
4. The applicant’s performance certificate must be stamped by the school and signed by the relevant person in charge.
5. When submitting the certificate of Japanese proficiency or Japanese certificate of number of hours studied, they must have the signature of the manager, the use of any textbook and total hours of studying.。
6. The telephone number of the graduating school should be filled in the diploma column of the applicant’s resume, and the major should be indicated for the University graduate.
7. Applicants should pay attention to the lack of blank tune in their curriculum vitae. If there is a blank period of more one month, additional information should be attached to explain the situation.
8. Applicants should specify the reasons and purposes of learning Japanese in their reasons for studying abroad and their plans after completion, and clearly indicate the necessity of learning Japanese.
9. Applicants must indicate whether they have experience in the future, and passport holders should submit copies pf passport personal information pages information pages and pages accessing and leaving other countries.

≪Notes for Applicants in Providing Other Application Materials≫

1. The applicant’s occupation certificate, separation certificate, income certificate, payroll, etc. must use the letterhead of the entity printed with the full name of the entity. The certificate must have the signature of the agent and the official seal of the unit; the telephone number and address of the unit must be clearly stated; if using ordinary paper, the reasons why the certificate is made on ordinary paper instead of the special paper for the company’s head-up should be stated; the income certificate must clearly state the income (including bonuses, stock dividends) of recent 3 years, the tax quota and the reasons why no tax us required.
2. All materials of the applicants must be issued within three months from the date of application.
3. The applicant’s recent deposit will be mistaken for borrowed money, and attention should be paid to it.
4. If both parents of the applicant have income, both parents can be used as Financial supporters.
5. Applicants who have applied to other schools in the past and have not passed the examination must inform our school of the name of the school they have applied for, the reasons for not being granted, and the time.
