As is customary every year, we held a two-day experiential class on traditional Japanese summer attire on August 3 and 4 this year.
What made this year’s program special was that, in addition to experiencing the traditional Japanese yukata, the students also had the opportunity to experience a Japanese tea ceremony.
Through these hands-on activities, we hope that our students will not only develop their Japanese language skills but also gain a deeper understanding of Japan’s traditional culture.
We believe that learning about Japanese culture is an important bridge that will help students adapt to life in Japan and make their studies and daily lives here more comfortable and fulfilling.
